HAYMARKET, VA. - VSA are delighted to unveil the club's brand new logo. The new-look design will replace the club's current logo on all travel and recreation jerseys in the fall of 2015 along with the re-branding of the clubs colors. VSA's website will be officially launched tomorrow and the re-branding will be effective immediately on all social media and future projects.
After months of hard work and design, VSA are delighted to finally be able to show off the finished product which was designed by local professional designer and former VSA player Morgan Alessi.
"The new logo symbolizes the past, present and future of VSA," said Technical Director Matt Lacey. "It was important for us as a club when we went through the process of re-branding that we created something that is unique to the community, but also represents what we will stand for as a club moving forward. Not only have we changed the logo, but we have changed the colors to reflect a new era in the history books of VSA."
As well as the new logo, VSA is also delighted to announce that club's practice and game uniforms will be sponsored by Nike. The club's partnership with sports clothing giant will also begin in the fall of 2015.
"As part of the re-branding process we believe it's important that we found a uniform sponsor that represents the image of the club we will be creating moving forward," said Lacey. "In our opinion, no one matched this better than Nike. As the leading sports manufacturer in the world, Nike, like ourselves are always striving to be the most innovating company in its market."
