VSA Spring SAQ training program
VSA is excited to announce the return of SAQ training back at Long Park!
This additional program has been specifically designed to improve you on the pitch. It will focus on increasing speed, footwork, agility, balance, coordination, injury-prevention, and power! As a club we focus on the 4 pillars of the game: technical, tactical, physical, and psychosocial. This program will enhance every player's game while building the key physical pillar to a whole new level.
The difference between winning and losing or becoming the very best player you can be is sometimes only an inch. We can help you get there!
Certified SAQ instructors and VSA coaches will run sessions. These trainers have in-depth backgrounds in developing the complete player. You will be put through a specialized 8-week program where we will use unique equipment to develop all the fast-twitch muscles and fine motor skills necessary to bring you to the NEXT LEVEL.
Dates: April 1st,8 ,15, 22, 29, May 6th, 13, 20
Ages: U8- U12 5-6pm. U12- U18 6-7pm.
