VSA West Academy Program Objectives

• Create a clear player pathway for U5, U8 and U10 age groups to develop elite players on and off the field in the Fauquier Community
• Create an environment in which the players required to be commited to hard work, encourages decision making and requires players to be brave on and off the field
• Establish a role with in the community as a Football Club that provides value on and off the field
• Become Fauquier County's Premier Football Club in player development and participation in the community
