COVID-19 Update - 11/16

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to reach out to provide updates on our COVID-19 policies with regards to Governor Northam’s executive order which went into place today. Per the order, full text found here, we are limited to 25 spectators per field outside of participants. With this in mind we are asking that parents limit spectators during training to one (1) spectator per player per field (However, it is recommended that you stay in your car). If necessary, parents can walk a player up to the field and then return to their cars. Players will be released from the fields promptly and at that point, if necessary, parents may come to the field and collect their player. If a parent is not needed at the field please stay in your car.

Events for this weekend will continue on as scheduled. We will provide updates to families if/when there are any from the events regarding cancellations or COVID-19 restrictions. Teams are discouraged from holding team events (dinners or team building outings) at the tournament or in the postseason.

We ask that you continue to follow the previous protocols and guidelines we put forth:

  • If you feel sick, stay home! If you have had direct contact with anyone who is COVID positive please follow COVID-19 Exposure protocol

  • It is Mandatory in all Prince William County Parks that you wear a mask when standing closer than 6ft to any individual.

  • Social distancing of 10 feet between family units must be followed.

  • Players and Coaches are encouraged to wear masks to and from the field. On the sideline players must social distance when not in the game.

  • Bleachers and benches at all facilities are CLOSED and will remain so for the Fall season

  • Please see the field maps ( - includes all VSA & PWSI Parks) for player/coach entry and exit points, spectator areas, and more information

Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this changing landscape. We feel it is important to our players to continue to provide them with activities in a safe environment.
